Payment Terms

Payment terms for our subscription services are as follows

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance at RM 250 per month
• All prices include applicable taxes and fees
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date

Disclaimers and Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding specific outcomes or results.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed RM 3,000 per incident

Indemnification

By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quorienvalisq, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through the following process

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms.

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease and any outstanding fees become immediately due
